The Peace of Mind Plan. Versa Technologies finally allows you to be proactive instead of reactive, allowing you to concentrate on your business… not your network. For a fixed monthly rate, we keep a close eye on your systems to ensure they’re running effectively and efficiently.
Maintenance Services Include
24 x 7 Monitoring
- Configure server health checks
- Pager notification for server alerts
Perform the following services at least once per month
- Apply security and operating system patches
- Log management including monthly log archival
- Email delivery of monthly service report
- Provide a detailed accounting of operations of system, including server summary health check, calendar of events, Hotfixes and Patches completed and proactive recommendations for server improvements
Perform the following services at least 3 times per week
- Review Virus Detection System
- Review system log files
- Identify possible drive or hardware failure
- Check disk space availability
- Review backup reports
- Ensure overall system usability
Perform the following services on an as needed basis
- Server Administrative Tasks
- Add/delete users, perform password changes
- Make software configuration changes
- Minor Software upgrades and updates
- Make recommendations on hardware and software upgrades
- Troubleshooting services to include determining source of problems that arise on server.
